Quick Turbo Water Hose Question

What size is the no. 1 turbo water hose from water outlet housing (#13)? What kind of heat wrap would you recommend wrapping it in?

It's just 3/8 coolant hose. Shouldn't need heat wrap. Stock hose last a long time.

lol wow I'm dumb. That's what I tried installing yesterday but couldn't get it on the turbo side I'll try again tomorrow. When I first got the car it needed to be replaced and I replaced it with a Gates hose. This past weekend I drove the car pretty far and yesterday it started spewing coolant all over/melted, figured I would wrap it for good measure.

Are your exhaust manifold heat shields missing? Mine were and I kept melting hoses. Replaced them and no more problems.
