Quick NA-T question

I couldn't find this doing a search so I figured I'd just ask. If you do a full NA-T conversion do you need a SAFC if you use GTE electronics? I know you do for the 1/2, but I'm not sure about full. Thanks.

no, the car is basically a turbo engined car at that point...minus the fact that the CR is 9.2:1 instead of 8.4:1 and you're missing a knock sensor...oh...and oil squirters and cams are different
