Quick Connects/splicers

Do not ever use them. I was on the parkway and my radio cut out so i pulled over and took them all off used a lighter to strip the wire and electrical tape to put it back to gether and it worked better then with the quick connects/splicers.

So you're saying the quick connects weren't installed properly or were not the correct size, in the first place?

if they're installed properly they work perfectly. Whoever did it probably did a shitty job of crimping them on.
