Well, after about a year of trying to get it to run, I finally got the old girl running! Ill let the video do the talking...

The carbs were all sorts of messed up. The ignition advance module was also froze solid. After the carb rebuild, and freeing up the module, I bench synced the carbs, and it fired right up!
