new here need some help

Wasup guys hows everyone's supra doing?
Well i bought a 87 supra turbo that had a BHG..
Took it to a co worker thats a mechanic,and he did my HG
arp bolts,head gasket,torque it down to 72..so and so....
when i got the car back my oil gauge was dead..
check it up from the oil sender unit the yellow and black stripe wire was cut...
wanna know if you guys could help me solve this problem..
where is the other half at??????
one more thing my brothers mk3 is not holding boost. drop from 7psi down to 4.5 if he shims the turbo boost back up to 6.5 then it fuel cuts. check bov,pipings,hose except the internal wastgate could this be the problem?

Welcome. I'm new here myself, and I might eat my own words in saying this, but, I would search for "fuel cut" and "boost pressure" within this forum (I just finished looking into these issues on the forums and found a lot of good info) and perhaps download an online wiring schematic. I've seen a few floating around the forums, or you can google it, or pick yourself up a manual. I also have had good experience with just going to a Toyota dealership and asking for them to print schematics, they've done that for me lots of times, although this is probably cause I give them lots of business.
