Just my friend playing around with his camera and he thought it would be nice to record a pull till almost 300km/h.
My mk3 is 2jz single 72mm (0.70 A/R twin scroll) , 7500 rev limiter on AEM, 264 HKS cams, 4'full exhaust system,tuned
on 95 octane pump gas,and boosting 21 psi (1.4 bar) at the moment. No dyno sheet available at the moment...

Future plans will be a better clutch kit, more boost (around 26 psi) and 100 octane pump gas,
higher rev limiter (around 8000 rpms), would also dial in the cams (have Greddy cam pulleys),
and a more aggressive tune! Then I will take her to the dyno and would love to pass the 700whp mark!

Stay tuned!

Many guys pm'ed and asked me about my exhaust setup:

Turbo is a T4 ITS 72mm Q'trim, Twin scroll, DBB, oil/water cooled, with 0.70 A/R turbo housing and a 3'' V-band back.

I got an HKS GT T4 Exhaust manifold (ceramic coated) for a 60mm wastegate V-band flange.
The wastegate is an HKS GTII 60mm with an HKS 48mm screamer (ceramic coated) pipe.

Ebay 4'' Downpipe-midpipe with 3'' V-band for my 3'' turbo housing V-band and a 4'' V-band
for the mid pipe which ends to a 4" V-band cat-back choise. Great quality, price, and very light
dp - mp system from ebay. I think the guy's still selling this...and the pipping is polished !

Sorry...don't have any more pics of the rear diffuser. It's custom made from fiberglass.

180mph is sick no matter what way you slice it. Car looks and sounds amazing. Nice work!

Thanks! The actual top speed is far more than 180mph... I run a 3.7 rear differential gear which is standard on Euro spec turbo mk3s,
and 275/35-18" rear wheels which actually cheats my speedometer by about 8 mp/h (13 km/h), cause it's calibrated for factory size
225/50-16' wheel !

Very nice powerband

Agree! It's a pitty that my 3rd gear starts boosting at around 120 km/h. This way I loose 20 km/h off boost...
I want to make a 100-200 km/h run under 5 sec. in the near future with some small changes and a nice re-tune!
