Has anyone discussed what the minimum height might be for a head that has been shaved three times?

I know that the stock height is 116mm...but what I want to know is the miniumum height before the valves contact the pistons?

Assuming, of course, that the block height is still bone stock.

I understand that the compression will be changed and that ideally a new head would be in order...however, in this economy not much is ideal.

Also, a thicker than stock metal head gasket might be in order. I can have the head poilshed, but the block is sti lin the vehicle and will have to stay there. So, the metal head gasket doesn't seem to be an option.

So...what is the minimum height? Or has anyone pushed it that far?
