Just bought Megan Racing coil-overs! got some questions...

I just got my MR coil-overs in the mail and was wondering about a couple things before install:

What initial heights are good to start with? Are adjustments made with the 2 rings or the single ring and threaded body?

These dust boots arn't connected top or bottom, so i plan to zip tie the bottom of the boot. should the top be fastened or free floating?

The two rings allow you the change preload for corner balancing, the single ring allows you to rotate the entire bottom of the shock is for ride height. I would start with the halfway on the ride height and you might have to try a couple different lengths until you get it right.
