Intermittent Engine miss

I have checked FAQ and haven’t found the answer to my problem. I have an intermittent engine miss. Most of the time when it happens I am about 3000 rpm steady (freeway driving). It acts like you shut off the engine and turn it back on. It happen twice this morning after 10 to 15 minuets. This is the one consent, it happens about 10 minuets into a drive.
I have checked or changed the TPS, CPS, coil packs, new plugs, new plug wires. It will happen at idle. Once you drive it for a while I haven’t noticed a miss.
What else can I check or change to fix this problem.

You should start by checking loose connections.

sounds like classic CPS issues...

Just curious, but what brand of spark plugs are you using and what gap are they set at?

shouldn't really be an issue as what he's describing isn't a miss, but acts like you killed the engine with the key.

Mine did this and moving the PCS wires would stop it for a day or so... I ended up replacing my engine harness and CPS from the dealer (not cheap, don't recommend unless you're OCD about things being right)
