I have an 89 supra and the injectors are not firing and from what I have figured out is they are not grounding. I tried replacing the ecu but still nothing. I just don't know what else to try. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.

Check your codes.

And check your ecu grounds.

Does the check engine light come on with the ign on?

Do you have fuel pressure. My car was sitting for a while and I noticed I lost fuel pressure. All fuses are good and than I remembered someone talking about the ecu needs to see a signal from the cam sensor. I found a loose wire to my cam sensor, and than I was able to start the car.

The ECU will not provide the ground path unless the conditions to do so are met. Changing the ECU is the last step in diagnostic when no other faults exist.
