how will these wheels fit?

im looking to fit 17x9 front with 25mm offset and a 245/40/17 tire and a 17x9.5 rear with 30mm off set and 275/40/17 tire on eibach springs.. how will this fit on a mk3

They will fit.

A 255 should fit on the front though.

I would go with a 17X10 +38 on the rear, it will fit better.

This is all with no rolling or modifying anything. You might have to adjust your steering stops though.
