How to removed a punched locked crank plug?

Hey guys, previous builder pin punched the crank plugs to lock them in place, what's a good trick to getting them out?

Well he punched the heck out of that one. Usually you burr out most of the laid over material and then with some force they come out ( you will need new plugs tho). If they are not punched to that extreme sometimes with some force they will turn out any way. A punch is just to keep them from backing themselves out not to stop a strongman from taking them out with a wrench. Hope this helps.
