HKS PFC: What's the difference between a standard and a "u" harness?

For instance, i just recently acquired a second PFC box, this one came with harness #ZP-9U. I cannot find any information on this harness at all. I know that ZP-9 is 89-91 RX7 harness, which is what i wanted, as i have a write-up on how to convert that to ZP-11. (Which is what i need) The "U" seems to have more wires.

I was directed to ask here since every other "U" harness my buddy has seen has been a Toyota harness.

Any ideas? :)
