Ok, first things first. This is more of thread to help me wrap my mind around what could be causing the listed problems. Im taking more of a you tune while I observe and learn approach.
The car has been briefly tuned during its first session but is experiencing some issues. I'd like to get a point in the right direction to help out the tuner and save me some $$$ on fiddle around time.

Heres the low down on what the car is doing:
Stationary in driveway. Engine cold
1. Car fires up fine
2. At idle the car starts leaning out but doesnt reach the point of choking out.
3. Stumbles at idle. But doesnt "jump" more than a hundred rpm's
4. Runs the same with only stock map connected.
5. Runs the same with both stock map and 3 bar map connected.
6. Wont run with only 3 bar connected.
Driving. Engine warm
1. Stays lean at idle.
2. Throttle needs to be added to keep it from leaning out at stand still.
3. Stays lean down low but begins to even out gradually. Reaches and stays stoich between 2000-3000rpm. Anything above the it rapidly goes max rich.
4. In reverse it is rich right off the bat.
5. Bogs down low until full throttle is added or until 2000-3000 rpm is reached.
