Hey everyone, I'm swapping an Aristo 2JZGTE into my 1990 mk3 and it's almost ready:

The previous owners did some wiring that I'm now trying to figure out along with some oem stuff. I'm terrible at reading electrical diagrams (working on it) so if you can explain in simple terms it would really help!

First off, these two groups of wires:

Are these wires that connect to chassis ground?

Next is are these:

As you can see this wire is spliced into the fuse box connecting to the alternator fuseable link and the fuse next to it.

Does this black wire go to the alternator + terminal? I'm running a relocated battery and right now I have the alt + terminal connected to the battery + terminal along with the starter. The white wires coming from the fuse box are connected to battery + as well.

This looks like an engine ground wire that connects to the exhaust manifold.

Any help is appreciated guys, thanks!

first 2 are grounds.

A#rd is the factory wire that goes to the post on the alternator. IF your not using that fuse you should have a fuse somewhere for the alternator.

The last one i am not sure. Usually there are not grounds on the exhaust side of the engine. Wire color might help tho.
