hello everyone

I was a regular visitor here on this site a few years ago, i got busy with school and work and kinda lost time for my supra and this site. I recently joined the military, well about a year ago i guess, USN, and ive finnaly settled in my permanent duty station at least while im in school here, i have some training to do and what not so ill be in Charleston for about a year i guess.

Just wanted to say hi i guess, Im pretty out of the loop....so ill probably have a bunch of questions, but hopefully i can contribute to this site somehow.

When I was younger I wanted to join either the ARMY or Air Force. I never did either. People always asked me why not the Navy. Two reasons, I get sea sick in the bath tub, and don't like the uniforms they have to wear. But I've heard the Navy is a great way to see the world, and the food is the best. Any truth to either of those statements?
