fuel filter nut?

my fuel filter nut is rusted and rounded any body got any ideas as to how i can get it off to replaced the filter?
help is appricieated thanks

agreed with grimjack lol too bad its a fuel filter other wise heat and vise grips is a normal idea but yup penetrating oil (pb blaster) ftw and some good heavy duty vise grips

can you fit a small pipe wrench?

ok ill get some pb. pipe wrench might work but most of my tools are 4 hours so maybe ill just buy some new vice grips tanks for the ideas
