I've finished the full flow oil system per the write-up, but had a few questions/concerns before I go any further. Should the oil cooler be pre-filled prior to start-up? I'd think that once the thermostat opens, it would be drawing a considerable volume from the pan to fill the lines and the cooler (48-row longs/tru-cool). should this be compensated for?
also, I was reading some threads on priming the turbo prior to start-up, would the process be the same for ball bearing turbos as it would for conventional?
