cracked 60-1 turbine housing

My 60-1 turbo has cracks In the turbine housing right before the v clamp to the down pipe. Has anybody had this problem? would this cause turbo flutter? Can I just get it welded? Here's a pic this is not my turbo but the cracks are where the red lines are

Where did you buy the turbo? Contact them, if its still under warranty.

Thats not my turbo. I just used it to show where the crack is. I don't know where it was purchased. It came with the car when I bought it.
