I pulled a bonehead and forgot to look at my rod orientation to the piston. The rods look symetrical except for the oil sprayer, which I would guess goes to the exhaust side. Can't seem to find an answer to this simple question. Yes I did a search. Please have mercy for this newby:icon_bigg

There is a difference on the cap. The part with the big notch in the middle goes towards the front.

consider it downloaded. My cap has three notches(actually raised portions) on one side and one on the other. The rod has one raised area on the same side as the three. I'll put these forward. The number on the cap reads from the front and the sprayer in on the exhaust side, which seems logical. Thanks again
