Ok so I've been starting the car with a flathead via ignition switch cause the car had no ignition. Recently the car started to tie and die at idle and not showing the engine light inthe on position should I run a ground wire to the ecu ground or replace the ignition switch any help would be great

So....you bought the car from an insurance sale after the stolen car was recovered? The ignition might fix the problem. You need power from it for the PCM to run. I don't know what condition your switch is in with a screw driver jammed in there.
