boost level with 1 turbo out/bad

Any one remember what there boost level was with 1 turbo out or going out.
I need to double check but I think mine is maxing out at 7 psi/.5kpa
I know I'm asking a lot of questions but bear with me till I learn the little in's and out's with this motor.

Dissregard, I checked the boost levels again and it's right at 10-11 psi/.7 kpa. Is there any information about putting ct12b's on a 1jz. thought I saw something about having to machine the 12b's to fit.
