i have a few questions i know you guys can anwser.
this afternoon i started my supra back up just to make sure it was till knocking... whitch it was and it was pooring white smoke out the exhaust.
last week when comming back from the exhaust shop i noticed the temp. kept going up and down... i figured it was air in the system.
so this morning i parked it on fairly step hill took the rad. cap off and let it run for a few mins about 3... i had to keep adding fluid, every now and again it would blow alot out. i noticed a slight bit of white smoke from the exhaust. then all the sudden i heard a slight knocking sound... i shut the car off. put the cap back on. and rolled it backwards off the hill. checked my oil level, it was fine... slightly higher than the full mark (where i keep it). temp gauge was normal, i started it back up, and it was knocking just like my previous motor...
drove it back home (2 miles) and parked it.
what have i done? lol
could my HG blown and caused the motor to knock?
i had hks hg with arp @85 fp tq...
Thanks for your time
chris
