Best solution for new rear bumper?

My 89 (widebody) MA71 came with a pre-89 (narrowbody) rear bumper when I bought it, so it doesn't fit properly.

What's the best option to replace this? Are new OEM bumpers cheap enough from Toyota or is it more cost efficient to get something second hand? Are there any alternatives like aftermarket parts?

I dunno what prices are like over there, but a bumper skin isn't that expensive here...

bumper skins are the same narrow body to wide body? afaik well mine has wide body bumpers on it!
