Hey guys, my brother has a Nissan 200sx, and he has an alternator problem. He just installed a new alternator because his old one crapped out on him. After installing the new alternator, it also preceeded to fail him after 50 miles of driving on it. I know it was the alternator because the car died while he was driving. This leads the both of us to believe that this problem is due to some sort of electrical malfunction. Any ideas on how to diagnose this problem or where to start looking for the problem? Any help on this situation is greatly appreciated considering he needs his car to start work next week. Thank you in advance for the insight to this unfortunate problem.
