92 7mgte only getting to 160 degrees???

hey guys by my car not getting enough would that make it run rich ???
i have an aftermarket raidiator "godspeed" and still have the stock fan clutch on it but with no fan shroude

Get yourself an OEM thermostat. It shouldn't matter how big your cooling system is, the thermostat is what controls your minimum temperature.
