Im getting ready to buy a 67mm billet turbo and i was trying to find out if they have a 3in or 3.5in Vband outlet on the exhaust side?

Depends on the size of the exhaust housing.
I have a PTE67dbb and making the intercooler piping work is very difficult. Of course i'm 2j swapped and the manifold is rotated, 7m manifolds face the turbo straight so it will be a little easier. The physical size of a 67 is alot bigger than you think.
