Looks like a CT26 with a 60-1 wheel in it. Also looks like the center section has been changed out to a garret also. Not sure on the reliability of it. Since it still has the the CT flange the stock manifold would be the limiting factor on it and if it still has the stock sized waste gate hole I'm pretty sure its going to have some terrible boost creep issues. Plus I highly doubt this turbo will make 600hp, probably more around 400hp to 500hp.
