2000 GT search on Egay

I don't know why but every once in a while I'll look on Egay for a 2000GT. They rarely come up but right now "2000GT" returns two cars. I thought they were interesting for obvious different reasons and I thought I'd share.

1 Classic 2000gt -wish I had the money.....

First one is a piece of art... beautiful. That second one there I believe is the concept for a second generation Fiero that never came to be... I'd love those rear wheels though.

Crack piped on Jalopnik? Eh, I'll admit it is a bit pricey, but it's a piece of art, a piece of history, a piece of super car roots... just happens to be a car too.

If I had Oprah money that 2000gt would be mine and I'd drive it no different than any other car I've owned...... exept I'd pay someone to detail it every time I parked it...lol

Nope, Pontiac Fiero with a crazy body kit.

Thought it was the prototype for the second gen car, but it would seem that according to the wiki that this one was probably an aftermarket job. Here's the one and only 1990 prototype:

Could be like some of the Mk3 widebody kits 'produced' over the years, in very limited number, you know?

I absolutely love the valve covers on these things, wish I had a set to hang on the wall or something...
