1jz stalling and idle problem need help!

Ok so my 1jz is having start up issues aswell as idle and stalls. I have changed the whole tb with a known untouched tps. Cleaned out the iacv the car just stalls. Doesnt want to stay on. Stumbles at cold start but after about 10 sec clears out. I have to hold the gas pedal for it to stay on or else just idles at 400 then stalls. What should i look for? Iacv is stuck closed. I have tried different iacvs and ecu's still has the same problem.
Mods: walbro 255
440s injectors
Swapped single turbo
Tuned on a neo
New plugs
Uncracked coils

Could it be iacv wiring?

New wiring harness. When i first got the car a yr again it was fine. Started out of nowhere. Battery drains fast too. Parked it for about 5 days when to start ut had dead battery

Check the IACV for power and make sure the check vavle was put back in correctly. If the dome part of the check valve is positioned towards the iacv then it will idle low.
For battery drain to a current draw test on the battery with a multi meter.
Attachment is a 2JZ-GTE iacv but the check valve looks the same.
