1JZ Single turbo upgrade questions

Hi,

I am new to the world of single turbo upgrades and had a few questions which i hope someone can shed some light on for me.

I am looking at the Driftmotion 1JZ turbo kits and wanted to find out what sort of rpm you would be making boost at and what power figures between 10-18psi. My concern is with the lower displacement they might be a little laggy.

Now obviously they have different .AR options, i was curious to know what rpm you would be making boost at with say the 0.70ar, what sort of rpm it would be making boost until it runs out of puff and what sort of power figures with the usual supporting mods.

Secondly would be what minimum upgrades would you need to make such as ecu, injectors, fuel pump, intercooler and cooling etc.

I know a friend of mine had their 61mm turbo in a .68 ar and it pulled like a train. I was thoroughly impressed with it. I think he was already using a Stinger ems though, so I doubt the stock ecu would be as strong. It might be though, I'm not sure how aggressive the timing numbers are on a stock jz.

Any idea what RPM it makes full boost by?

i have a percision .64 a/r with a mines racing ecu and i hit boost at about 4,000rpm a little soon if its cooler out. oh and thats full boost at 14psi
