Im planning on a 12.9 with my same setup.. I had a 2.1 60 foot.. I ordered 245 drag radials and turned the boost up to 12 lbs getting dyno'd next week and tuned with the neo if I ever get it back from Apexi USA from getting it re flashed.. Numbers should be close because im 9.1:1 compression

You should be in the ~300whp range there two-step-n. At SILV this year I dyno'd 320, ran a 13.5 @104mph with a 2.1xx 60'. Not bad at all man. If you're trapping 107, you should be netting around a 13.3, 13.4 at worst, work on your launch! :)

Wish I woulda known this when I did my motor, I have the built short block, only to an 8.7Cr. Its definitely no 13.5 car though. Now I just want to see this dyno sheet

He could net a 12 with a good 60ft. A local has done 13 flat at 106 on snow tires. ;) 1.95 60ft IIRC.

Forget drag raials for the track if you want awesome times. Slicks are the way to go. If you are just going to have some fun and it doesn't matter too much, the a DR would suffice. The 60 would be MUCH better with an ET street though! (slick)

Seriously? 1.95 on snow tires? That's a hell of a launch for a snow tire... I would know haha. Time and mph amount to about what I'm getting, power wise, but... snow tire??? Wow. So safe to say I could probably net ~1.8 60' with 275 Nitto NT05's, just gotta launch at a higher rpm?

No joke, it was a snow tire. He had 320 RWHP on his set-up as well. A drag radial will get you in the 12's if you can drive it there! Let us know what happens!

DD, it is a street legal tire and DOT. It isn't allowed still?

I drove on bald ass drag radials in the snow a couple times, I could drive them to Vegas again next year, as a last resort. Only thing I hated about them is that they're rather loud for a road trip tire, so... I'm thinking of bringing a 2-3 car caravan of friends. One for luggage and people (the Corolla), and one for some slicks (the Mk3). My car won't be 320rwhp next time though, I can almost promise you that, a street tire isn't gonna hold if my clutch will. ;)

That said, maybe I'll cruise down to Utah or whatever that really high elevation track is here in Wyoming or maybe Colorado... I'm not sure exactly where it's at, but I know it's not TOO far. I'll definitely update if I can get into the 12's.

Bandimere is the one I was thinking. That's still a drop from where I tune the car though, it's ~6200-6500 here.

My friend ran his 7m supra at the track.

Well it has
exhaust (stock elbow)
a fully built shortblock
2.75 inch pipe where the 3000 pipe goes.
8.5psi (stock waste gate)
245 tires.

best time was 13.66 at 104 mph with 2.25 60'
best mph was 107

That is about 370 hp, as hp is calculated and not measured. Close to 300 if measured at the wheels. Not stock. And I read the thread since it came back with a new pass. Where you trying to fool people for a reason?
