Air has probably made its way into the line. You probably also have a leak.
Look for traces of fluid around the slave cylinder, joints and clutch master cylinder. Find and repair the leaks...Get the line bled (similar to bleeding brakes).. enjoy

Just opening this thread back up as I am experiencing the same thing "Rich after warm start" issue after a MAFT install. I know there are others still experiencing the same thing.
Any other ideas out there?
I am a little unclear as to why you needed a jump start. Was it not turning over? did the battery go weak from trying? Did it fire as soon as you jumped it?
CPS sounds like a possibility. Could also be fuel starvation. Pop your plugs and see what story they have to tell.
