Hey guys, so my car is really hurting right now but I'm putting everything I got into it to fix it back up. While my motor was out I was going to go ahead and try to rebuild my transmission. Does anyone know a place around cedar rapids, ia that may be able to do this quickly and somewhat cheap...
head gasket change asap, arp head bolts. youll save yourself a lot of time and money believe me. lexus afm, intercooler, turbo elbow, prepare for a clutch, and save a few thousand dollars on the side in case of the usual supra emergency.
good luck
i run 13 lbs of boost(not too much but right at fuel cut if your not careful) and i have a 3" all the way back. runs fine and sounds great. i did a hi-flow cat and its just got this sexy rumble to make a presence but not loud enough to wake the neighbors(or your dates parents)
had the same problem with my supra
the hose running from the reservoir cracks very easily and thats where my problem was at. seems like its too easy of a solution but those old hoses get hard and crack often
let us know how it goes
hoping not a repost...
