Ok i have searched and i cant fiind anyone that has posted a form about there total cost of the 7mge to 7mgte swap. I would really love to know so i can set a saving goal for the beginning of my goal, and the rest of the project too. i know i should save 10k plus because goal is 500+ rwhp. But...

I have completely taken the motor and transmission out now, ive decided to just wait and get the new motor instead of changing the gaskets, reasons the pistons need replaced and that means block would have to be bored, it would take more than $700 to fix up(for 700 I could just get a running 7mge)

eh im throughing in a gte thats why i was going to just do tue head gasket for now on this engine but yeah I just got a cherry picker today the motor and tranny coming out soon and will see from there
