I'm trying to do a swap on my mk3 using the Jz swap motor mount bracket for the pre89 supras. I dont have any bolts for the brackets so i was wondering which bolts you guys used. Were they the 7m ones? or the ones for the 2j? Any help is appreciated.
I believe it was the round ones that i used for the 89. I ordered them from advanced auto parts a while back for an 89 supra. and they fit right in i believe.
Hey guys any help is appreciated. Ive been searching up and down, but cant seem to find my answer anywhere. I originally had an 89 supra (manufactured in 04/89) and had a 2jz swap in it. Unfortunately I got into a wreck and now have an 87. I was going to swap the front subframes to use the same...
I had a 2jz swap in my gray plug 89 supra. I recently bought an 87 shell and am going to swap it over to that one. Will I need to redo the engine harness since its the yellow plug? And help is appreciated!
Thanks, I actually had gotten the Cx Racing ones and they were complete GARBAGE! On the highest setting the car sat way too low and was basically resting on my tires. I dont recommend them. I went with the Megans next and they are definitely good for the money.
Nice progress bro ;)
I think you should go with the 89+ bumper. It'd definitely complete the look.
Other than that, I don't know whats wrong with that SC. Maybe a better driver wouldve done differently?? lol
But.... that white SC DOES pull a little "off" :p
7M POWER!!! (Until upgrade)
thanks! lol no photoshop used at all. I guess the lighting outside on that day was pretty good, being hat i have a crappy camera on my phone x( And I did give the dark bronze A LOT of thought, but i decided to just go with the light gold.
Lmao well yea, not a crappy spray paint job of course. And definitely not screwing up my tt's. Well... I got the paint so ill be spraying the wheels this weekend. Ill upload pics when done :)
