mods on the car are.
1j R154 swap, exhaust, intake, hard pipes, upgraded intercooler, mk4...
so my 1js having proplem's starting, but didnt start having this proplem till the weather got cold here. it trys and trys. I have two clips that will give you an idea of what it does. please any help will be really apreciated thanks.
So was wondering if any body can help me. my window's, moon roof, heater control unit, tach, and water temp gauge. Just stopped working after i fixed my tail and gauge lights. :aigo:
was wondering if there was a gasket that goes to the feed line on the hydro fan. If so I lost mine and what else i could use instead. Cause mine in leaking really bad when the fan turns on.
So the other day my radiator light came on,car got a little hot that day. Light still is on but car doesnt over heat. Car runs good to 3k then sputters to 4k, then runs good again.
How can you tell if your hydro fan control unit "ecu" is bad. i drove to work today, drive is about 5 minutes at the most, but fan did not turn on. had the plug that goes to it, pulged into the wrong one.
Well was wondering if anybody knew how long the 1j harness is at its longest point.
Started looking at mine and its pretty bad and im sick of fixing it. So I'm going to make a brand new harness from scratch.
I need help replaced my cps new timing belt, new fuel pump.
Car will start idle fine but will rev to about three grand and cut out and idle after you take your foot off the gas.
Anybody else have this problem any help would be greatly appreciated.

So my car will start and idle fine but once i step on the gas and it hits 2500 rpm it cuts out and dies sometimes. I have two codes a 12 and 14 on both my ecu the stock one and my mines. Any help would be greatly apreicated.
I was wondering when you wire in the 7m injector resistor for the mk4 550s on a 1jz the other wires off the injector clips.The ones that wire into the bigger black and orange wire on the resistor do they go any where else or just straight to the resistor.
So i did my timining belt had it set TDC. Found two wires that came lose from the very front and very back injector from the 2j restior. wiered them back together. Then i do to start car and will only run when foot is on gas and as soon as it comes off it shuts down. Any idea's what it could be.
So was wondering what are the pro and cons on running a solid crank pulley on a 1j. And also i head from some people that you should only run the dampener need as much help as possiple thanks.
Car was driving good one day it ran out of gas. let it sit for about a month started it once in bettween. and now it wont start at all it trys and trys. need help please. the fuel pump is engaging have spark but dont know if i have enough. Just really fursterated and mad so any kinda of help...
