Well i'm assuming my starter is good because it is brand new and I checked all the circuits and wiring. There is good power getting to the starter but it almost sounds like it gets stuck when I turn the key.

What will that tell me if it does start? And will that be a problem with a clutch that has 0 miles on it?

check the breaker in the kick panel on the drivers side. I had the same exact thing happen and that is what blew. I don't think you can tell visually if it is blown or not but you can check continuity if you pull it out.

Well I contacted horsepowerfreaks, and sent that picture. They told me it wasn't going to be an issue and that it was just a stamp from the press. So we will see how it goes but I do feel a little better about using it now.
