When you press ac on, there should be 12v seen at that wire? I don't seem to be getting that. I haven't connected the ac compressor yet though.

My car is an August 1988 and it doesn't seem to fit in with the pre89 plugs, or post 1989 plugs. So i'm having a hard time identifying some wires.
Is the AC Compressor wire (blue/red) that is connected from the B1 plug to the ecu for the AC relay control or AC amplifier?

If you want to make them work, you will need to grind off a fair bit of material off the brackets. It would grind off too much meat for my liking, so i've resorted to making my own which involves them being positioned slightly on the hub than those brackets do.
It's been a long time since i bought them, but here...you can have some proof i got it all.

No, it doesn't because the mustang cobra calipers are 2 pot on one side only, sliding on the other. The mounting side is sits flat on to the bracket because the pistons do not interfere.

I hate to break it to you, but i bought the ford focus brembo calipers thinking it would be a direct bolt on to the mustang cobra brackets. Well, they don't fit. The pistons on the mounting side do not clear the holes. I'm going through the pin of making my own brackets now, as the two piece...
