    Also, 60 lb-ft is not nearly enough, torque to at least 72, 80 if you installed ARP's.

    450 is not pushing the stock botom end at all. the 550-650 is where the need for forged internals come into play. By all means upgrade it if the engine is out and have the money. My friend has ran 475rwhp for 3 years on his daily driver.

    Your downpipe is faulty most likey. what brand? I would just take it to an exhaust shop and have them either extend it, or if you can find a cool shop, have them makeyou a 3" test pipe.

    Not sure what brand everything is but in a word.... a lot. My buddy is running 22lbs on a stock bottom end and MHG. You can probably run 25 or more, but would reccomend a stopper gasket by HKS.

    Most likely if it happened immediately after the exhaust was put on, it is an exhaust leak. Check your gaskets and all exhaust piping. Also check bolt tightness.     I've heard a couple people on here say using 70% water to 30% coolant is the best way. Wont that lower the boiling point? And if this is true what benefits does it have and why? thanks.
