oil cooler and intercooler are NEEDS. if you want a fairly simple swap, make sure your ECU/Wire Harness, and Engine are all from the same year as your supra (90-93 should be grey plug). obviously if your motor mounts are thrashed get new ones. past that its fairly simple
turbo activation. if the doors aint shut it holds the wastegate open so you cant build boost
actually, its for the seatbelts, when you open the door they pull tight so you dont slam the belt in the door.

Shouldn't there be a way to take the displacement value and estimate the rpms needed to build boost? My buddy that build diesel race trucks knows before he orders where the turbo is gonna light off, and he's never more than 100rpm off.
