Got rid of TEMS when I upgraded my suspension. Half the struts that came with the car were non-TEMS anyway. Easy to get rid of.

I don't have those issues. 89+ CC in 88 supra. The only issue I have is that some of the buttons don't light up, or light up randomly.

Did it once, regretted it. Ran a VDO gauge to match my cluster, but ultimately it was a bad location for the gauge and I wanted the cig-lighter as a power adapter. Note: at this point the gauge no longer matched my cluster, ha.
