    Technico Adjustable Cam Gears

I have a set seem good quality to me. Quality hardware used and helicoils used where the fasteners go though. Andrew is a good bloke to deal with as well. I would love a set like the phr 2jz gears as they will never slip...

How to PROPERLY rebuild a 7mgte by KMP

I have been looking for a good undereason drive pully for years, thanks for doing the hard work. Can you give more details on what mazda engine you took the cam gear from? gives me a range of like 30 years of engines to try. I am off to the car scrap yard this weekend and really would want to...

Request - crank timing pulley measurement

No need to thank me guys, I am still a long way from having any of this solved myself, and am not sure that there is even space to fit the Toyota sensor. What sensor did you end up ordering Adampecush? I looked at the 3014 and 3024 but couldn't find a supplier. I will be interested to see how...

Request - crank timing pulley measurement

I agree that the best layout of the trigger wheel for a VR sensor should have ramped teeth, however Toyota didn't seem to worry about it enough so that's why I am not worrying either. The left hand gear is the factory Toyota part, the right hand one is the laser cut gear I added to the 7m...

Request - crank timing pulley measurement

There is one that I had made, its a copy of a 36-2 wheel from a 1G-FE out of an altezza which uses the same Toyota pickup as the 2JGE and a bunch of other VVTI engines. Had it cut from 3mm steel and it was a tight fit in place of the Toyota timing belt guide welded it on for good measure...

    Having serious blow by issues

Cheap small filters on most catch cans block and prevent pvc which results in oil getting past rings/vss. Free vent the catch can, if you still have issues after that its a bigger mechanical problem. If that fixes it replace the filters

    7m CT26 vs Group A CT26, a visual comparison

It is a different part number in the Toyota parts catalog, and there are a few visual comparisons from people who have pulled them off the Turbo A road cars, Turbo A cars also dyno bigger numbers than a standard CT26 could put out.

    7m CT26 vs Group A CT26, a visual comparison

I have a Turbo A supra, but when I bought it off the previous owner he had unknowingly swapped the turbo for standard ct26 as it was smoking, sigh, there is no helping some people. Anyway has anyone even heard of a Turbo A ct26 for sale as I would like to restore my car back to its Turbo A glory.
