Fenders are lightly rolled, tires are 225\40 but I actually want to get spacers since I find its slightly sunk

I have 18x9.5 +30 up front which would actually sit within 1mm of where you wheel would sit and i dont have a rubbing issues, my front is slammed and im running some very slightly stretched tires

I searched and know this has been covered before and apparantly 2jz valve covers do work for the 1jz with some modification Just wondering however whether it matters if its for a 2jzgte or 2jzge? and also no one really specified what "slight modification" means? Thanks
