Update!
Changed out my clutch for a new clutchmaster unit with lightened flywheel should be good for 500whp.
While the was down for the cluthjob I also did some other bits and pieces..
Istalled the Morganson COP setup, changed out my cambelt, changed my servo pump gear, painted the valve...
I agree, it should make 500whp with 23-24 psi. I had fuelcut step in at 23 psi due to the boost solenoid being connect wrong and the wg was leaking ( fixed the leaking and it gave me an additional 4.5 psi on wg pressure (without boost controller)).
Solenoid is fixed now and a new clutch is on...
Went to the Dyno the other day..
With stock pressureplate and 6-puck solid disc I managed to cram out 429whp and 505wNm at 23 psi. I did however have fuelcut at 5700 rpm.
Will fix boost solenoid to get a stable boost pressura and a new complete clutch assembly is on its way..
It moves...
Yes it´s partially installed, only need too modify the TB, change the throttlecable and mount the alternator to it´s new location.
I hope too have it up and running in a month.

Solved the Aem issue it was a mix of low battery voltage and setting ignition sync wizard with a timing light.
Right now it FFi install time, then downpipe then hopefully tuning!
I´m having the same issue. Did you use a timing light while using the ignition sync wisard? My car starts on the stock ecu even without afm, stock o2 and with 1000cc injectors etc. But I can´t get it to start with the Aem.
It might have something to do with the weather.. Last time I tried too start it was -4C.. Do you have a stock antitheft? Mine is an aftermarket alarm/antitheft system.
