I did the same thing on my 1j. I got some shims from supertech to fit the top of the valve stems and used a stock shim on top of the bucket to make up the difference. Once the combination was close, I ground the lower shim to spec. Its a really long process to do 24 of them.

That will work on 1j and 2j without issue. Power increases by reducing parasitic loss. How much? Thats anybodys guess. The 2jz-gte and the 1jz-gte oil pumps are the same part.

I made 556hp on stock coils and ignitor. All that was required was to give the ignitor full power(14v) and narrow the gap on the plugs a bit.

Injector, ignitor, +b, +b1, and igsw are all wired to 12v switched through a relay from the ignition switch. batt has its own dedicated path to battery constant through a fuseable link. What are the odds that my stock jzx90 ecu and this power FC both have blown M-Rel circuits?
