Default Anti roll bar stiffness table

Here is a file from TIP engineering with some common bars and their respective stiffness values. I will be making a more detailed post on how to use these numbers and what they mean shortly.

Didn't I explain it all when I first posted that?

I thought I did and it would save you time from having to retype everything.

hmm does anyone have any info on god speed's sway bars? I was thinking about purchasing them. I'm stuck between ST's from enjuku or these http://www.godspeedproject.com/TOYOT...-REAR-SWAY-BAR theres only a mm or two of difference. but would be nice to know what performs better because their about the same price.
