Shhh don't make me ban you
Just spent a VERY frustrating hot afternoon in the Shed trying to get the dash to talk to the ECU.....
Turns out like everything there's a trick and if you don't know it you're doomed to a sweaty sac..
All working now which is a good thing as the Dash will be running the AC!

Still a ways off yet Pete, last big hurdle for me was getting the Dash to talk to the ECU as I said it's integral to running the AC how I want to so I can move forward now.

Re: *The Shed*
Today!
Stinking hot here so I decided to work through lunch as I wouldn't go back out if I stopped
Got all 4 wheel speed sensors up and running, Fuel pumps (just have to wire in the pressure sensor for the PID Closed loop control), and a few other bits and pieces, such as the Diff pump and it's Sender.
Played around in the Software a bit and found I'd run out of CAN slots in the Dash so couldn't display the PDM Temps and Currents...
Tried a few things but I'm a CAN Gumby so what I tried didn't work.. Spoke to my Bud ay MoTeC explained what I was trying to do, can't be done so resigned myself to not having current monitoring
Ran through a few different ideas of how it could be done differently but all were a compromise, Steve is a great Lateral thinker and just as I was about to hang up he suggested using the RS232 Comms to send the ECU data to the dash and that freed up the CAN slot I needed so it's all goodly
