Default Differences in AEM v1 and V2?!

ok ladies and gents ive got a tech question.

What are the differences in AEM v1 and V2? pros and cons which is a bigger bang for the buck? i dont want to hack up the harness with a piggyback so im going with a pnp standalone but which one?

Somewhere on a island she was built in 1986 and was given a 7mge with a w58 and a open diff. Now she's a 2jzge with a r154 and a 3.91 LSD. Oh not to mention the 850cc Siemens and the hx35w or the aem v2 standalone.
So what if she's 6 years older than me or high maintenance.
She still teaches me things the young ones can't.

v1 seems archaic compared to v2. The software and hardware for them are completely different. I would recommend you downloading aempro and aem tuner and take a look at the software with some of the pre-calibrated files they supply with it. In the end they do the same thing. i prefer v2 because it looks better.
