Is there a specific way to install stock camshaft or just basically put them in and bolt them down .are the bolts torqued down aswell?

You want to go very slowly. Don't just tighten one down then jump to the next one. Put all the caps on then tighten them down equally.

Yea i figured that. But about the cams they dont have a specific way to put them in ? Do i just drop them in anyway and bolt them down? Do you think the cam gears are the same for exhaust side and intake side i kinda mixed them up
yes there is a specific way.
basically, you want to have 2 of the 3 dots on the front of the camshaft facing upward (toward the sky) and the third dot facing OUTWARD, towards the wheels on the car (intake side towards driver's tire, exhaust side towards passenger tire). but the top 2 dots should be parallel to the ground.
here is a picture describing it... the top most picture on the page.

also, there is a specific pattern that you should follow when torqueing down the bearing caps. this can be found in the TSRM, and it is on the same page as the picture i just linked you to above.
and another also: there is a difference between the intake and exhaust cam. the exhaust cam has a gear at the front of the camshaft that mates to the CPS. it is unmistakeably different from the intake cam.
Ok i saw the page but in the picture it doesnt have the metal cover plate so i put the cover plate then the gears on the cams then drop the cams in then adjust it like that right?
I know that i meant the cam gears not the cams i was asking if the gears are different ?
you install cams, then #2 timing cover (aka PLATE) then gears.
the gears themselves are identical. they should be installed such that you can place the retaining pin through the center hole in the gear into the center hole in the camshaft (*unless they were in one of the other 2 holes when you disassembled. then you should probably reinstall the pin in the same hole it came out of).
Ok got it thanks
